Why do I need to register to use the U.S. Bank Alumni website?

You must register for the site in order to verify that you meet the criteria for the U.S. Bank Alumni Network and gain access to the exclusive benefits and discounts.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

  1. If you have forgotten your password, go to the Login section and click the “Forgot Password?” link
  2. On the Reset Password page, enter your primary e-mail address and enter the graphic code displayed below the email field
  3. Click Submit
  4. A new password will be sent to you via email within a few minutes.

Who sees my information on the network?

The site is secure, accessible through registration only. It is visible to other alumni and current employees who choose to join the network.
